Anoche Sábado he decidido que visitaría el Legends Bar La Cala tenia ganas de ver un espectáculo en vivo como lo tienen en ese lugar, la verdad que he visto uno de los mejores duos comícos (Dragtastic) y sobre todo he tenido la oportunidad de comprobar que siguen siendo un lugar bueno en calidad de servicio y atención del persona incluyen a los propietarios, ya que he visitado este Bar en otras oportunidades, gracias por ser tan amables a pesar de que no tenemos el mismo idioma se esmeran en que te encuentres muy bien dentro del bar. y su espectáculos son maravillosos, la calidad de los cabaret es muy excelente. gracias por hacer que mi escapada haya sido una velada maravillosa y les invito a continuar en la misma linea que seguro seguirán triunfando en el mundo del espectáculo en vivo en La Cala mi ENHORABUENA a todos al personal y a los propietarios. el lugar un lugar acogedor y agradable la relación precio valor muy equitativa no es nada caro para el espectáculo que ofrecen. gracias gracias y les invito a visitarlo

he tenido la oportunidad de estar el sábado por la noche e disfrutado como en el pub. excelente servicio las camareras super amables y los dueños una increíbles personas, pero lo mejor de todo fué disfrutar de la actuación del dúo dragtastic son fenomenales apesar de mi poco ingles he disfrutado de la actuación. les felicito por la elección de dicho dúo ha sido una noche maravillosa los felicito y sobre todo lo recomiendo era VERY FANTASTIC.

Noche brillante viendo el tributo a ABBA y a los hermanos Soul. Tuvimos una mesa estupenda, un servicio excelente toda la noche y un ambiente fabuloso. Definitivamente volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en La Cala.

Bueno, realmente no sé cómo abordar mi visita allí. Fui allí durante la hora feliz, lamentablemente no fue feliz para nosotros. En primer lugar, no se indica nada sobre lo que se sirve durante la hora feliz, fue solo después de que ordenamos y preguntamos dónde estaba el resto de nuestras bebidas donde se nos informó que lo que pedimos no estaba cubierto por su política de hora feliz. Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos actualmente en Cala. Nos encanta venir aquí después de una comida al lado. Nos encanta estar aquí. Jorge siempre es muy acogedor y se acuerda de nosotros cada vez que venimos. Los cócteles son los mejores en el área por una milla del país y no son más que agradecidos cada vez que venimos aquí. Hay algo para todos: música en vivo, bebidas maravillosas, excelentes cócteles, billar y dardos. No importa si vienes aquí cada semana, año o solo una vez, el personal es maravilloso. ¡Te hemos extrañado mucho!
Cuando visitamos a amigos en Calahonda, parece que siempre empezamos la noche con una visita al happy hour del Millenium. Nunca decepcionado.
Este es mi bar favorito con diferencia, genial para sentarse en la gran terraza en el verano y en el invierno el interior está adornado con un encantador nacho y jorge, los propietarios son muy divertidos y todo el personal es fantástico. El servicio es muy rápido con grandes medidas, también tienen muchas pantallas para fútbol y actuaciones en vivo más karaoke (cuando Covid no está sucediendo) incluso con el covid todas las mesas se desinfectan después de su uso y todo el personal está muy seguro con las máscaras. y desinfección constante de manos. . . no puedo recomendar el lugar lo suficiente

What a fab evening we had. The guys who run the place made us feel so welcome and really wanted us girls to have a fab night and we did. Loads of dancing and booze. Don't understand about the filth review in the toilets.... they were clean and tidy. Will definately take another trip there when next over.

Lively little bar in la cala which has some really good value drinks offers, visited a few times and staff were always happy and friendly. We didn't try the food so can't comment but the prices were cheap. We would definitely return

You must visit Max Beach…beautiful, relaxing environment. Went about 8-9pm for food. Food is fantastic, we ate lobster risotto & Turkish kebab. Big pieces of lobster in the risotto. Turkish kebab was so tasty. Max Beach bring you canapés once you order your food . Will try something different next time for sure! We sat in bar area as didn’t know if we wanted food but was able to eat there too, so glad we did. They also serve my favourite brandy, mmmm…Prior to visit, i wasn’t sure if Max Beach was for me, so glad I went (as was my friend too). Didn’t stay for late evening but will definitely be returning. Mixture of age groups. If in area, please visit…you’ll enjoy it. We’ll be back & will maybe try a daytime visit
Attended as a large group after having played a few days of golf. On entering, surprised by the views and how large this place is. Downs not look that great at the front and certainly did not expect what I saw at the back.Great decor, DJ playing music and there is a relaxed atmosphere. They managed to accommodate catering for all of us. Menu has something from everyone. They can do with more staff as the lovely waitress was rushed off her feet.Must go place !

We had a wonderful experience at Max’s bar, the drinks were beautifully presented and the tuna sushi rolls were excellent. The staff were very friendly, greeting us with warm smiles, especially a lovely waitress called Fatima who recognised us! Highly recommend for an evening out, with a rich and trendy atmosphere.
As stated above they believe that they are offering something special at some fantastic price just for the view, you can get a better view on the beach and there are plenty of close by chiringuitos that offer better prices

A very popular bar, shows football which ensures a healthy crowd. However we left after being spoken to very rudely by a member of bar staff whilst trying to find a spot to sit. We was surprised that paying customers would be spoken to in such an abrupt manner.

Felt so welcome here, absolutely incredible service! The server brought out onto the terrace, where we were sitting, a fresh bowl of water and a treat for our little dog, without us even asking. Had a frozen cocktail which was amazing, a large choice too and each one prepared to your taste, which is unusual! Nothing was too much trouble, the service was fast and overall it was good value for money. We would definitely recommend this bar and will certainly be returning, next time we are up that way. We had the best time here with our wonderful hosts. So friendly and welcoming. The Entertainment is top class, something for everyone. our Happy place is the beach, early evening, close to the waves we close our eyes and soak in that special sound of the waves crashing gentley on the beach, all good. this part of the coast La Cala, Mijas Costa is our little paradise soaking up the sun, sea and sangria during the day, on an evening we love to sing our little hearts out at the Retro karaoke bar, some great singers, amongst a great crowd of people, bar staff sing too so we're all on the same song sheet! Can't wait for end of June, back again hurrah.
Well pleased. After a super welcome by the bar staff who were very attentive they advised us that a show would be starting which might be unsuitable for the youngster in our group and gave us the option to move out to the terrace where we could comfortably finish our drinks and avoid the ticket entrance fee for the show! Very considerate, educated and polite, it was a lovely atmosphere and will definitely go back.

Situated next to Tomillo Limon, we called into the Oasis Bar for a couple of drinks prior to having dinner at the above restaurant. Indoors there are 2 large TV's which were showing the British Open Golf and a pool table. Very reasonable prices complemented by friendly staff and very good service.

Best bar I visited whilst in Mijas Pueblo - family run business with a friendly and busy atmosphere, the staff are welcoming and there is a wide range of drinks to suit everyone, the bar snacks available were also very tasty. Friendly owner Dave runs the bar. Plenty of tv’s for news or sport. Comfy chairs & stools, some outside seating too. Pool table. Good measures of spirit served & reasonably priced drinks. Just returned from a week in Mijas Pueblo. Enjoyed a couple of nights in the Oasis bar, especially to watch the football. Friendly hosts, and a few locals who were also very friendly. They have a limited food menu, just some bar snacks, but they were very nice, especially the potato skins. Very good prices for drinks, €2 for a bottle of peroni, my partner was made up! Was the busiest bar in the town for a reason. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.

This is definitely the best bar in Mijas! Particularly if you’re a sports fan! They serve a range of alcohol at a great price, and have a large and comfortable seating area that allow you to watch the football/racing/rugby wherever you are sitting. If you’re feeling peckish they have a great selection of food. I personally love the hot chicken wings and loaded potato skins! They also do an amazing selection of kebabs!The owners create a fantastic atmosphere; playing great music and will always talk to the customers making you feel so welcome. We had a fabulous drink here with Alex , lovely friendly Atmosphere, and guy. So much so we went back after dinner and stayed till one. Great eve and memories.

Family friendly bar, staff and locals very friendly. We tend to pop in for a drink before dinner and always end up chatting with someone. Staff always make a fuss of the kids and happy for them to play pool. Air con is a blessing and toilets are clean. There’s a nice ice cream shop next door and the staff were happy for the kids to bring their ice creams in while my wife and I enjoyed a quick drink.
Great location, staff friendly, cocktails are really good, pool table & dart board to keep kids entertained & sports on big screen to keep dads entertained just wish they would put the air con on, all the screens on an one small door makes it very hot in there
All would be perfect if you got CJ and Lisa back! This bar was made so special by those two, shame you keep letting the best go!!!Saying that, will be in soon for another fun evening 👍
Nice and airy. Great atmosphere. Loved it. The cocktails are to die for . Music is great and they have a pool table if u dont want to just sit and soak up the atmosphere . Last year we came outta here every night to get a kebab from the lebanese restaurant . Unfortunately hes now been replaced by another indian restaurant .
Came here to watch football..The little pizzas are great especially when watching a game..All inside so nice and cool..Very friendly staff and prices are brilliant..I can also reccomed the B52 shots...
El Restaurante Sol y Sombra en Mijas es conocido por su buena comida, generosas raciones y excelente selección de vinos. Destaca por su cazuela de merluza con gambas y almejas, así como por sus carnes de alta calidad. Además, el lugar ofrece una vista impresionante de las montañas de Málaga. Los postres caseros también son muy populares entre los comensales. El restaurante ha evolucionado de ser un bar a convertirse en un acogedor lugar donde se puede disfrutar de una amplia selección de platos. Los clientes alaban la frescura de los ingredientes y la habilidad del chef. Definitivamente es una visita recomendada en la zona.

Hemos estado comiendo en Sol y Sombre por más de 15 años, y siempre hemos recibido una muy cálida bienvenida por parte de Antonio y su equipo.Como lo mencionaron otros críticos, el estilo ha cambiado de un bar que sirve aperitivos a un restaurante relajado. Hay una buena opción en el menú, y todo lo que elegimos fue muy sabroso. Pez espada, lubina y filetes muy bien cocinados. Vino de la casa a un precio razonable y bastante bueno.Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que se quede en la zona.

Si han visitado en el pasado Antonio ha cambiado, ahora el restaurante ofrece un menú muy diferente alejando de aperitivos. La comida era precioso, donde nos dieron una de las mejores paella's que hemos tenido, principalmente debido al hecho de que era fresco y podíamos decidir exactamente lo que queríamos. Como mi marido tiene una alergia pescado shell Antonio estaba más que dispuesto a acomodar nuestro deseo de carne y pescado, pero no marisco, delicioso! Excelente relación calidad-precio.
Comimos allí dos veces esta semana. Es descrito como un "afuera" pero snack bar es en realidad un excelente restaurante. Incluso va por extras como aceitunas suculentos sobre la mesa, un poco de paté y un aperitivo de cortesía en el acabado de licor. Lo más destacado para nosotros era lubina asada en sal: el chef tomó delicia en romper la capa de sal abierto en la mesa y fileteado del pescado de forma experta mientras mirábamos. Delicioso. Y el proyecto fue increíblemente bajo para la calidad de la comida. Personal también es genial.
Todo cambió para nueva empresa de antonios. Ahora tiene los manteles y menús especiales. Estado aquí durante más de 12 años, pero esto es todo nuevo y creo que será un éxito. La comida es muy buena y bien presentada. Personal amable, como siempre, y Antonio es su habitual ahora feliz cantando mientras trabaja.
Antonio ha hecho un gran trabajo en cambio su bar a un restaurante. Visitamos su noche y no nos decepcionó en absoluto (aunque hemos perdido nuestro bar favorito en Riviera).El menú satisface a todos los gustos y si te gusta el marisco y tendrá muchas opciones para elegir.Nos dieron sabroso amuse bouche mientras espera que llegue para los entrantes, así como pan fresco con mantequilla de ajo y sencilla.Los aperitivos eran preciosas. Pedimos un extra picante gambas pil pil que fue preparado exactamente como solicitado. La tartaleta de queso de cabra fue muy generosa para un entrante y la sopa de verduras igualmente sabrosa.Los platos principales fueron disfrutados por todos en la mesa. No podíamos mover después por ser tan completo y contenido!Volveremos la próxima semana para intentar algo fuera del menú.El servicio era excelente. Antonio era tan acogedora como siempre, y una anfitriona muy amable.Gracias Antonio! ¡Hasta pronto!
RetROCK BARt es una cafetería única ubicada en la cala de Mijas, en la Costa del Sol. Se destaca por su excelente atención, ambiente acogedor y decoración artística. Aquí podrás disfrutar de buena música rock en vivo, cervezas heladas y deliciosas tapas. También puedes charlar con amigos, leer un libro de su biblioteca multilingüe, jugar futbolín o billar. Un sitio donde poder estar a gusto, con un ambiente y atención excelentes, donde puedes ecuchar rock y metal de todos los estilos. Decoración muy cuidada y artística. Para tomarte unas cervezas o unas copas con tapas, poder charlar o incluso leerte un libro (tienen biblioteca en varios idiomas) o jugar al futbolín o el billar. Y música en directo! No se puede pedir más.
Buen Bar, muy agradable, muy buena música rock , hechamos una buena tarde, los cuadros que lo decoran están brutales.
Este es realmente un bar genial. El ambiente siempre es bueno, el propietario es amable y la cerveza está helada.
