Don't think twice about visiting this amazing place. A wonderful trip to old times through a walk through alleys, gardens and narrow paths. Amazing views of the mountains from every side, beautiful panorama of the city and of course wonderful Islamic architecture. I suggest purchasing tickets well in advance.

This place is magical! I had been there a couple times and it is breathtaking. Seriously, you can't get enough of it. I strongly recommended walking up to it and back down to and from downtown Granada through the national park between the Alhambra and the town, such a beautiful hike!

Been on my places to see list for years. It didn't disappoint. Its very cleverly organised so that over 2 to 3 hours and approx 3km of walking you can see it all. The vistas, gardens and buildings are all devine. It's a must see in Granada.

This is how an Islamic power centre looked in an European environment. This is rather unique, very well balanced, sumptuous but not overdecorated. The Lions Yard, the cloistered inner yards with ornamental ponds, everything very well outlined, sheer elegance. Great views over the city of Granada.
