This place is a fun little Austin gem tucked on top of the cutest rooftop on East 6th Street. We had Wyn as our bartender, and she did not disappoint! With a great atmosphere and excellent service, you cannot go wrong by visiting Gin Bar!

For a place that was completely dead at 11p, I would've expected at least a single hi from any of the 2 bartenders while we waited to order after 2 girls. Girls took ~10 min to order and not a single acknowledgement from either bartender so…

Awesome rooftop bar but way too hot. Too little shade in the evening and the misters basically just blow upward so you never feel anything. If it’s over 90 avoid, but otherwise awesome

Visiting from Portland and had Wyn as our bartender! She was incredibly kind and made us amazing drinks- I recommend the Royal Hawaiian if you like fruity drinks.

The female bartender (tall blonde) and the server (Rosie) were terrible last night - some of the least helpful / most rude service we’ve experienced in a long time. Sad...it’s a nice space otherwise.

Very bad service from the bartenders they think they’re better than the patrons. I was told you don’t treat bartenders well, but I’m still going to serve you that’s when I said no thanks close me out. They were empty and dead if you want people to come back, you need to treat them better.
